Crosswalk To Care

Not every health problem needs an ambulance or a trip to the emergency room. Sometimes, there’s a better way to get help.

Crosswalk to Care is a new program that helps 911 medical callers get the right kind of help, especially when it’s not an emergency. Some callers may talk to a nurse on the phone instead of getting an ambulance. The nurse can help you find care that fits your needs, like a doctor’s office, urgent care, or a video visit.

This means you receive the care you need faster, without the wait or cost of an emergency room visit.
